Hey y'all! No you ain't tripping we're back with more concert updates and live show announcements about the freshest acts hitting our shores like it's our birthday (yes NDP is coming up). We chat about Shawnia's first ever K-Pop concert experience seeing NCT127 live and what's in our current rotation.

Also for the second time, Liesl-Mae is back and she talks about her new song "The Trip" and the struggles she went through before putting out a very positive message towards the end. She highlights the importance, now more than ever, to check in on oneself; ensuring that the expectations we set for ourselves are indeed important to us and the goals we strive to achieve are in alignment with our values.
