Jimmy and Bill Wentworth were in dire straits as the wooden building they were hiding in was set on fire by Escobar.  In the meantime, Superman (Kent) is desperate to save Maddox and may not realize there are other lives in danger.

Detective Sergeant Friday is assigned to the juvenile bureau as he searches for a potential killer who roams the halls of one of the high schools in the city brutally slashing the female students. JR commentary on exceptional use of the cat toying with the mouse as Joe Friday expertly ropes in the assailant.

Last time, Jimmy and Bill Wentworth, another Daily Planet reporter sent by Perry White to check on Clark, tried to rent a boat to get to the Juanita.  Jimmy , of course, blows their cover and Escobar takes notice.  Upon leaving, Wentworth and Jimmy spot a couple of Escobar’s thugs coming quickly after them.  Is there gig up?  Or will they find a way out?

Escobar lurks in the shadows awaiting Thorpe’s and Maddox’ in order to steal the treasure at whatever cost no matter who they have to kill.

For two months, "The Badge Bandit", who is a depraved criminal, has struck fifteen times in which men and women have been robbed and brutally attacked and Joe Friday comes to a new realization.

The situation is dire as the diving bell with Thorpe and Gleason broke free and is at the bottom of the ocean with no hope of retrieval.  But there is a new danger on board the Juanita that shifts the balance of power to the forces of evil.

As a hurricane intensifies, the thrashing waves rock and drag Thorpe and his bathysphere closer to the jagged rocks.  Can Kent as Superman save Thorpe and the ship at the same time without exposing his secret identity or will one of the two have to be sacrificed?

In the last episode, Professor Thorpe's air supply mysteriously got cut off and Kent can’t reach Maddox either.  Who or what is responsible for this deadly situation? Can Kent as Superman save both Thorpe and Gleason?

The Police receive information that an escaped criminal, Alfred Garvey, is hiding out in the City. While searching for him at a hotel Garvey shoots an off-duty cop who is also a close friend of Friday and Romero.

There’s sunken gold-a two million dollar treasure at the bottom of Octopus Bay.  Will Escobar capture them and hijack the bathysphere to claim the bounty for their own? Can Clark break away in time to have Superman save the day?
