Brett O'Riley from Auckland Council's tourism arm ATEED told Radio Sport he's promising a huge homecoming next Thursday.

"We are going to really go hard and that''s going to start with a welcome home event next week which will be the greatest welcome home we have ever put on for a New Zealand team because I think it's one of the greatest performances."

O'Riley is expecting Aucklanders to turn out in droves.

He said it'll be screened all over the world, so the city wants to put on a good show.

Emirates Team New Zealand skipper Glenn Ashby spoke to the Radio Sport Breakfast about winning the 35th America's Cup this morning.

Former Lions coach Sir Ian McGeechan spoke to the Radio Sport Breakfast this morning about his suspicions that Warren Gatland may play Sam Warburton in Wellington.

He thinks the Lions will need to score three tries to win this Saturday's test.

Bad news for fans of attacking rugby - Sir Graham Henry reckons the first test will be a forward pack oriented grind. 

Former Lions coach and World Cup winning coach Sir Graham spoke to Kent Johns about how he thinks the first test will play out, and said the tight five will be crucial for the Lions.

Sir Graham said to win, "they'd have to dominate up front."

"It's all about the tight five, the game hasn't changed in 100 years, if you get dominance up front it's hard to play against, even though the game has changed in other respects."
