What makes a man? Is it physical strength? the ability to provide? sexual prowess? I high level of intelligence? Being emotionally available and emotionless? All of the above?  We often find as men that the feeling of conflict between these subjects and more.  You may have been unknowingly taught to supress emotions which in turn supresses your ability to articulate your emotions clearly or worse they crash  out of you causing situations that didn't need to occur.

In today's reasoning with Malik Amor Sankara (@BADHGURU) we discuss the subject of Men's journey through mental health.

Malik Has worked with thousands of men of the last decade through his company MANifest manhood, hosting men's sessions, yoga days and retreats. He is currently building an app to provide men with the tools they need to navigate life.

As the darkest and most depressing month of the departs from our life yet again for another year, bringing us one step closer to the glory of the sun.  January for many is an extremely testing place for many leaving us battered and bruised,  as well as mentally frail allowing in feelings of inadequacy to blossom and scatter seeds of doubt about our well developed talents.

In todays meditation I share a reasoning I had with the wonderful painter named Love Hannington , as well as tunes from Nabz and Raggo Zulu Rebel
