  • The Field of Possibilities You Live In.
The Field of Possibilities (Ep. 330): Most people live believing their reality is something fixed. A solid scenario where things “simply are”: a defined personality, a stable story, a more or less predetermined destiny. But both modern physics and different spiritual traditions point toward something uncomfortable and fascinating at the same time: reality may be far more malleable than we perceive.

  • Quantum Awakening: When the Observer Becomes Enlightened.
Quantum Awakening (Ep. 329): Imagine this… you are standing in front of a vast ocean at night. The water is dark, constantly moving, but you can’t clearly see what’s underneath. Suddenly, you turn on a flashlight and point it toward the sea. In that exact moment, the waves that were only shadows take shape, reflections appear, and everything that was only possibility becomes real in front of your eyes. That moment is Awakening. It’s not that the light comes from outside… the light is you when you decide to truly look.

Y entonces algo no cuadra.

  • Thoughts on Death (Part 28): Where Does Love Go When Someone Dies?
Thoughts on Death (Ep. 328): There is a question that appears when someone passes away. It has nothing to do with the afterlife, nor with what is after the tunnel. It has to do with what stays here… with you. It is about love. Because the body is no longer there. The voice went quiet. The shared routine completely disappeared from daily life. But what you feel has not gone away. It is still there, present, active; sometimes even more intense than before. And then something doesn’t add up. If physical presence ended, why hasn’t love?Where does love go when someone dies?

  • Without Permission to Exist: The Art of Being Enough
The Art of Being Enough(Ep. 327): We walk through life carrying an invisible backpack that weighs far too much, loaded with a constant feeling that something is missing. Sometimes it feels like we’re waiting for a stamped permit from someone else to finally take our place in the world. But the truth is, that feeling of “not being enough” has nothing to do with who we are—it’s about how we were trained. From the time we’re small, our nervous system learns that to survive, we must belong. And to belong, we often have to please, stay quiet, or adapt until we almost disappear. Neuroscience tells us this was a safety strategy. But today, that same strategy is what keeps us locked in an emotional cage where our worth always seems to depend on someone else’s gaze.

  • Stepping Out of Character: The Art of Being the Observer
The Art of being the observer (Ep. 326): To move toward true transformation, the first liberating step is to hit pause on our identity. We live inside a structure we call “me,” a Biographical Self built from labels: our name, nationality, a collection of traumas, and a list of achievements. It’s a character we’ve designed piece by piece through the scars and titles that tell the story of how we were broken or how we managed to stand out. However, there is a moment of silence—like that split second when you wake up, before you remember all your worries—where everything stops. In that vacuum, when the mental noise shuts off and you forget for an instant who you’re supposed to be, a question arises that changes everything: if I am not my past or my wounds, who is the one left there, holding my story? Who is the one listening to the voice speaking inside my head?
