Conscious Love (Ep. 313): Imagine for a moment that the relationship you are in is not a refuge to hide from the world, nor a port you arrive at to escape your own storms. Imagine instead that it is a clean mirror, sometimes uncomfortably clear, placed right in front of your soul. This reflection is the foundation of what I call conscious love.
Moving Towards a Conscious Love Journey
In that reflection, you don’t only see the other person’s smile or the relief of not being alone, but also the outline of your oldest shadows, the edges of your unresolved fears, and those inner voids that, without realizing it, you try to fill with someone else’s presence. To truly embrace conscious love, we must understand that the relationship becomes a sacred dance and, at times, a painful one, where the other —without intending to— turns into the projector of everything that has not yet been seen or healed within you.
By integrating these shadows, we move away from need-based attachment and towards a more profound, conscious love that fosters spiritual growth and authentic connection.
