Our depression/anxiety levels are going through the roof since the pandemic. 22.8% of Americans are currently experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, mainly adults in ages of 18-29; which is us. We gotta take our mental health into account more than ever during these times and figure out ways to get out of the rut and become active; which can develop a positive way of living physically and most importantly mentally as well. Which is why I give the choice to go to the gym/exercised and reasons to do so as well.
