Rafiullah Sayed Ahmadi was an unaired suspected predator involved in the Riverside, California sting. 21-year-old Rafi used the screen name "philosophyguy2003," to start an internet chat with a Perverted Justice decoy who was posing as a thirteen-year-old girl named Chloe. Right away, Ahmadi asked the girl if she could talk on the phone. He later asked the decoy if she was a virgin and if he could have sex with her. Ahmadi told the decoy he hated grown men who talked to underage girls and referred himself as an "old pervert."
