Please guys don't shame vulnerability, don't make someone suffering feel guilty and attack them with statements like be strong don't be coward. Hear them out. Understand them. Encourage them to seek help of therapists. Don't compare what they say by saying u have all privileges and look at strength of poor people , it makes someone suffering feel worse , guilty , attacked for opening up. Start encourage everyone to seek help of therapists, if one doesn't work, go for another. Don't label people as unhealthy- healthy- strong- coward. We are humans. We are vulnerable.
