In this weeks edition the crew brings back Troop PVD's Food Director and culinary guru JT! R2D runs it back a little on JT's past episode 39 and the establishments that are still rocking and the ones that have closed doors.. The crew gets very off topic about consumption of human meat and cannibalism but eventually tie it back to this years PVDfest plans vs. how it has been done in the past. The juice on Mayor "Frownee" and the changes to expect to the treasured city festival as well as JT's experience watching it mature through the years in Providence. Will 2023 be the end of the festival or just a hiccup in its history? 

In this weeks episode of R2D the team is joined by the wonderful Olivia Smith who helped work the second popup for industry night at Figidini. The crew talks orcas as well as bistro vs burg comparisons before they get into the juice that was the popup. Gorg burgers, Ferraris, all the good stuff that you mightve missed if you embarassingly didnt show up yourself.  We're back?

Cottage law, as well as more arguing about tipping and how to topple capitalism and fix the industry ensues with other hot takes such as public lynching of billionaires and Dune Brothers having the best fries and hot dogs in the state. Mostly off topic however the hosts discuss Boston Chef Barbara Lynch's recent expose about abusing her employees and checking all the box's for being a bad restaurant owner as well as other bad things about the city of Boston. Dan talks about a recent adventure to Providence's own "Gracies" food and wine tasting off a 7 course menu. Arguing about T-Pain as well as other topics the guys almost have their shit together again.

In the return of The Rags To Dishes Podcast... our hosts maybe talk industry for 20min. Just a heads up its a rusty one. The queen of Freeplay Arcade herself Sammi joins our protagonists in episode 77 for absolute mayhem. Samantha Jones is the #1 female air hockey player in New England, a pyrotechnic for LiveNation and happens to frequent a restaurant Max currently works at so her presence was needed on the podcast. Sammi and the crew get real off topic and unhinged talking about the JFK assassination and if all former US presidents deserve a cruel ending or now. Sammi talks of her time in the industry as a shot girl and then later a delivery driver for JRs. AKA Vorian Attradies of Minutemen Meda, Jay joins us where we left off in ep 75 by changing up the conversation from wost dishwasher ever to the best dishwasher ever. The crew gets a little deeper into the Bed & Bistro and how bad marketing and budgeting can attribute to business losses and so fourth. Jay goes in depth about people overusing the terms "Best" and "Goat" in the new era which erupts into a basketball conversation as well obviously... Somewhere along the way the crew tries to indentify the biggest monster theyve faced, and what really does define a monster in the work place? 

Ep75 is a doozy to say the least. Jason Phillips A.K.A. Vorian Attraides joins the crew for an episode years in the making. The crew talk establishment days and how Jay got the job. In this weeks episode of Rags to Dishes, the hosts are joined by coffee professional Justin Enis. Enis works for Fuel America and has a side project Enjoy Coffee Roasters and could basically be described a guru when it comes to the precious beans. Working his way through the coffee industry Justin has teamed up with what seems like every coffee company/professional in Providence in some sort of way and if not directly than inspirationally. Jut teaches our hosts a basic origin of coffee story as well as some of his own from his days in retail. They discuss the future of the New York Jets as well as the Mcgriddle belonging on the top sandwiches of alltime list.
