Raider Greg discusses the latest episode of the Raiders annual end of season head coaching circus. Speculation is running wild. Most media outlets think Tom Cable will be fired. Possible head coaching candidates are being named. The Raiders have made no announcements. When will we know what will happen? No one really knows. Maybe not even Al Davis....yet.
Segment #2: John Herrera, King of the Idiots (and A-Hole of the Year!)
Raiders spokesperson John Herrera made news once again after Rich Gannon gave the Raiders a call offering his assistance in working with JaMarcus Russell. Herrera stated that "maybe Rich Gannon is the one who needs help". Raider Nation did not take fondly to this development, and Raider Greg gives his thoughts. He also reviews other memorable moments with John Herrera, and tells how he earned our "A-Hole of the Year" award.
Segment #3: Al Davis Goes Back To The Basement
Raider Greg reviews the names that have been mentioned as possible successors to Tom Cable if he is fired from the head coaching position, and gives his opinion on each.

In the Bay Area to call the Monday night game at Candlestick Park, Jon Gruen blew off plans for dinner in San Francisco, and brought his Monday Night TV partners Mike Tirico and Ron Jaworski to Ricky's Sports Bar on the Oakland side of the bay on Sunday night. He bought a Raiders visor at John Vella's shop next to Ricky's, and spent hours signing autographs and mingling with Raider Nation. Raider Greg is sorry he wasn't there.

Charley Frye will start at QB vs the Broncos this week. Raider Greg is happy with any QB starting instead of JaMarcus Russell, who may have taken his last snap as a Raider.

Carson Palmer and the 7-2 AFC East leading Bengals come to Oakland this week. Chad Ocho-Cinco says it's "time to kiss the baby". Raider Greg thinks we can win, as long as we play the best defense we've played all year. Bruce Gradkowski will be starting his first game for the Raiders, which could be to our advantage, as the Bengals won't have much film on him in order to preplan. Raider Greg thinks e have a chance, but the stars must all align perfectly for us to get this win.

It was a great win. We did a videocast prior to the game, and we visited a tailgate party full of smug Eagles fans who had come in from the east coast. Raider Greg predicted a Raiders victory, and they laughed at him. After the game we went back to look for them with our video camera, and their bus was already gone! In this postgame recap we listen to two Eagles podcast episodes. One before, and one after this game. It's interesting to hear their before and after thoughts!
Segment #2: Cablegate is officially closed
The Tom Cable - Randy Hanson incident is now officially closed. The district attorney's office completed their investigation, and decided not to file any charges.
Segment #3: Richard Seymour responds to Antonio Pierce after the Giants were hammered by the Saints
After Antonio Pierce belittled the Raiders, Richard Seymour made sure he fired back after Antonio's team was soundly beaten by the Saints. Seymour said the Raiders will be back, and will be playoff contenders.
Segment #4: Jets @ Raiders Pregame
Mark Sanchez and the NY Jets visit Oakland this week, and Raider Greg does a pregame analysis.
