The idea to launch ChefTorial was actually a pivot that Rivers was forced to make when COVID hit, since his previous company taught all in person events - so this conversation is one of adapting, pivoting, and responding to change.

Today, I’m sitting down with Niyanta (Niya) KhatriShe grew up in Kathmandu Nepal, found her way to Silicon Valley to work in Tech, and most recently landed in Toronto to continue her work with a company called LogiTech.On top of that, she is the cofounder of a new digital connectivity platform for womxn that connects them with other womxn from around the world for mentorship and support.

Above all though, Niya is someone who is driven to succeed despite any challenges that get in her way. As an international minority, a person of colour, a woman in tech and millennial she is relentless about ensuring that none of these things will hold her back along her journey, or in the journeys of anyone who follows in her same footsteps.

She knows that as she is able to push through the ranks, she’ll then be able to turn back and lend a hand to others who need her allyship and support.

Jana Webb is the creator of the wildly popular JOGA World: The governing body of Yoga for Sport; NHL, NBA, MLB, NFL, MLS and Olympics.

In addition to being the founder of a wildly popular strength -based Yoga Method for athletes, Jana is also a fighter, a resilient mom, an entrepreneur, and an unstoppable visionary who has pushed through numerous setbacks and challenges in her life.

One of those setbacks was a life or death car accident that happened in the Dominican Republic which left her body broken, just a mere few days after she had signed a million dollar lease for her first physical JOGA Studio in Toronto.

It’s hard to imagine how she could have possibly persevered through a broken back & a traumatic brain injury in order to continue to bring her dream fitness studio to life, but she did.

What started as a curiosity in how she could bring Yoga to athletes has turned into a journey beyond what she could have imagined.

Simply following her inner voice when it felt confusing has brought her to a place today, building JOGA as an Online Brand that is helping train athletes & certify instructors all over the world. To date, over 700 individuals have moved through JOGA training. Wow.

Today, I’m sitting down with Natalie Brite.There’s a lot of toxicity that exists in the social media universe and in the online business space, right now.

On a daily basis we are exposed to...

• Hustle culture, the idea that working more is better
• We’re exposed to influencers who are selling us products they’ve never even tried
• Coaches are using fancy cars & designer handbags to project that they’re living a dream lifestyle, when in reality they are just as scared as you that they won’t be able to pay off their next credit card statement
