Rainbow Scouts Unite Podcast

In this episode, we’re still getting over the amazing E3

news this year! Finals are finally over, so we talk about how we’ll be

graduating soon, finally saying goodbye to 2am tacos and weeklong gaming

sessions ;_;

Then in Retrogrades we’ll be tackling the amazing Hanna-Barbera

animation Swat Kats along with the amazing musical Avenue Q! Can wailing

guitars and non-stop action really make a superb show? (spoilers: yes) Is

everyone really a little bit racist? (spoilers:yes)

Finally, in Stranger than Fanfiction, I read two bizarre fanfictions: Avenue R and Supah Nindo Place. You

know it’s a good fanfiction when I have to rest my voice for a week afterwards.

All this and more in our amazing episode 7!

E3 conference!

RSU E3 Special Simulivecast - Ubisoft

Our next installment of the simulivecast, this time commenting on the EA presentation. Watch as corporate chicanery eats away at our souls, and listen out for a special guest appearance by the pro-est of pro gamers, so pro he makes your mama wanna say 'Boys, get out ya pens and start taking notes! Your K/D doesn't approach this man's K/D and therefore you are dead to me!' Explicit warning, there is some langauge!

Episode 6-2 - EA

Play this over the e3 coverage, and it'll be like we're in the room with

you! But don't talk to us or something, cause people'll think you're a

weirdo! In this SIMULIVECAST, we comment on the XBONE E3 conference.

some explicit language!

Episode 6-1 Simulivecast E3 Special - Xbone

Muffin Breeding

Awesomeness abounds in this episode as we tackle a bumper

crop of 90’s cartoons. How does the surreal Rocko’s Modern Life, the grandiose

Talespin and the cult classic Samurai Pizza Cats hold up? Find out in

Retrogrades!

Also in this episode, a serious diversion this time as we honor the recently deceased

Leonard Nimoy. An amazing actor and also musician who had a long and storied

career, Nimoy was well known for roles such as William Bell in Fringe, The

Great Paris in Mission Impossible, and, of course A Woman Called Golda. Also,

there was something called Star Trek I think?

Buckle down for a weird one in Stranger than Fanfiction as

we tackle The Queen of Knowledge by Texasman1836. I guarantee that you are not

expecting the ending. I GUARANTEE IT.

All that and more in this episode!

Meta: This took a while, if you follow me @coonskincapsa,

you’ll know that me and Toto were delayed by Hellweek. Basically, both of our

degrees are coming to an end, which meant major cram sessions as we got all of

our assignments done. At the end of it, I stayed up for three days straight

twice and couldn’t work on the podcast at the time, because have you seen some

of these lecturers? Teeth like a shark! Our next episode should be out by the

end of the week though, and we’ll try to keep to that during spring break. See

you at the jump Rainbow Scouts!

Despite our best efforts to save it, the second episode was irretrievable due to hard drive crashes. Don't despair, however (leave that to our editor), as we will return to a normal schedule this week, AND we have a bonus 'Scouting Mission' in the mean time. Thrill as we return to Chimcharthehedgehog's deranged world! Aghast yourself at the languid prose! Laugh at Toto's despair!

Stay tuned for this week's episode!

Regards,

Drake (Forlorn Editor :/)
