Henry Kandel, my former professor who is currently working on integrating yoga practices into hallucinogenic states used for healing, joins the Rainy Night Radio to discuss altered states of reality. This podcast discusses the similarities between lucid dreaming and drug induced mindstates, and their link to mental health and spiritual practice. We cover a broad range of topics ranging from drug prohibition, lucid dreaming as a form of practice, and the benefits and lucid dreaming and drug induced mind states, to what altered states of reality say about the concept of reality itself.
