Irene’s profound Spiritual Awakening and the book that emanated from it, titled "They Serve Bagels in Heaven", took her on a healing journey from devastating loss to a renewed sense of inner strength, spiritual wisdom, and passion for life. After seventeen years of marriage, Saul died next to Irene in a tragic car accident. Before, during, and after the accident, Irene, who did not believe in any notions of spirituality, received amazing, prescient messages that contained a Directive from heaven, opening her to a profound Spiritual Awakening. Two months after the accident, Irene found herself in a gallery with the medium John Edward. The incredible messages John channeled from Saul to Irene included information that only Saul and Irene shared.
