Ian Boswell (Team Sky) cautiously looked forward to this day as one of the easier days of the Vuelta - fairly flat with a sprint finish. Things worked out as Boswell anticipated. Ian discusses the tactics of team work throughout the race as well as setting up for the final sprint.

Ian MacGregor and Timmy Duggan have been best friends since childhood. They ended up following similar paths to the US National Ski Team and then on to careers as professional cyclists. Both felt it was important to give back to the sports at which they thrived so created the Just Go Harder Foundation which provides scholarships for young people to participate in skiing and cycling.
