On today's episode of Raising The Nuts, we talk about mental cycles, I give an update on therapy where we talked about perfectionism, and after I was given an assignment, I get into my positive mom qualities instead of harping on all the negative stuff. 

On today's episode, we talk about how quickly my first month of therapy has gone and give an update about the last session. We also talked about sibling fighting, especially sisters, and what we're doing to try to help give our lives some structure.

It is season 2 of Raising The Nuts! We look back at the running narratives of the first year and discuss what the new season will look like. Jody talks about her therapy session where she looked at eating habits and her relationship with her daughter. Trevor talks about the book he can't put down, Lost Connections and also gives his July wrap up.
