School is starting again soon and the breakfast/lunch menu is out. We talk about what is being offered to the kids and what Jody thinks about it. Trevor gets into our love story that he teased last episode and we get into some questions about nutrition, primarily snacking. We also answered some previous questions about relationships we did not get to last episode!

Last week, Trevor had some high anxiety come out after a couple unexpected  incidents in a row leading up to a quick trip to Vegas to play on live TV. We talk about what happened as well as what he did to manage the anxiety so he could feel like himself again. This episode will dive into what self care habits we use to help manage anxiety and stress. We also answered some listener questions at the end. Enjoy!

It's our first ever episode of Raising the Nuts podcast. In it, we give an introduction to who we are and what the overall theme will be. We also give insight into two very personal stories that have dramatically affected our lives and led us on a path to mental health awareness. One quick note about Cameron's story - we gave a very brief synopsis of her years long battle to get to where she is today. There are definitely parts that we forgot to mention and we did not go over everything we tried or all of the doctors advice we were given.
