Join Ralph and myself as we chat about his career as a drummer, from his early days when he first picked up sticks, through to working with D'Angelo, John Legend, 12 seasons of the TV Show "Its showtime at the Apollo" where Ralph was the house drummer backing some of the biggest stars in the world, and of course we chat about his current gig with one of the funkiest bands on the planet, Ralph not only plays drums but also handles some of the vocals and the roll of M.C.
