In this week's podcast, you'll hear 21 facts you may not know about January along with a few random rock-and-roll facts, and of course, the usual stories and rambling thoughts from my mind. I'll also discuss reconnoitering my podcast, which I have no doubt someone will tell me is a military term to make a military observation of a region. I know that, and no, I am not about to take the beach at Rambling Harbor. The only way I would do that would be in the summer with me sprawled across a beach towel. December 19th, 6 days before Christmas. Chanukah just ended (I hope everyone had a good one), and New Year's is just around the corner. I know we are all happy about that. Alice's Restaurant Massacree", commonly known as "Alice's Restaurant", is a satirical song by singer-songwriter Arlo Guthrie which was released as the title track to his 1967 debut album Alice's Restaurant. The song is a protest against the Vietnam War Draft a part of my life never to be forgotten, in the form of a comically exaggerated but essentially true story from Guthrie's own life. In this podcast, I will give you some details about the song you may not.
