After our week off rugby it's great to be back as we ramp up to an excellent fixture this Saturday with Sale FC coming to OBR, it's going to be a cracker!

Mister Chandler is also back - delving into his Monster Truck experience and once again determined to beat is unfortunate run on predications. Will next week finally be his week?!

We weren't able to quite pull off the crossover with Chinnor this week, but in all seriousness, this is an open invite not just to Chinnor, but any other teams in the league/ local area. We'd love to have you on and learn a little bit more about the club's you love!

Paddy joins the gang once again to discuss all things RAMS! Joining the podcast this week is Colin Stapley: 'Super Fan' and 'Father Extraordinaire' who completes our Stapley Set!

It was great to get the insights on the club, our sport and his boys from Colin's unique perspective over the years! Thanks again for coming on. :)

With it being a by-week we look forward to bringing you something new next week as we aim to sit down with a representative of one of our competitor's as we hope to gain their perspective on what has possibly been one the greatest season's National One and (dare we say the sport) as ever seen!

This week officially marks the first birthday of the Rugby Ramble Podcast! An entire year! Can you believe it?

The colts also sent us three of their best to discuss the fantastic season they've had so far as they head into the Semi Final of the National Colts Cup!

This week the lads are joined by two of the Ramily's newest members! After losing their beloved London Irish - the pair found their way to OBR and have loved every moment!

A moment they might have been glad to miss was last week's tense first half performance at Bishop's Strotford - which laid the way for a solid second half display and big W on the road.

It wasn't just the First XV who came away smiling - the Titans did too sealing the first W of the day of the doubleheader fixture. 

On Sunday the colts continued the drama as they clinched victory from defeat against a very strong Ivybridge side to move on to the semi-finals of the colts cup!

This weekend we look to host Leicester Lions - who hope to make it a second win against us after we lost on the road earlier in the season.

The trio are joined by John Raspin this week, discussing his history with the club up to his current role as Youth Chair for RAMS. John's graced run outs for all senior sides in his time at RAMS and gotten stuck-in as a volunteer and coach through the minis and junior section too!

This week we reflect on last week's National One results, but also the inflammatory article published in the TIMES last week, comparing forcing kids to play rugby as 'abuse'.

With no RAMS National One fixture this weekend - The Trio are joined by RAMS CEO Gary Reynolds who chat about the awesome victory at OBR last weekend and look ahead at the other up-and-coming fixtures across the league!

Gary also goes over the article in the Rugby Paper which outlines the RAMS support for minimum league requirements for Tier 2 - as the RFU look to market and bolster the amazing sport we love!

Tim and Paul join the podcast team in the studio to reflect on the last minute, nerves of steel victory at the Rock last week!

Next week we look towards our bout with Taunton at OBR. It's always a spicy match up against these two clubs with a great history of strong and entertaining fixtures. Come on down this Saturday!

This week the podcast trio natter about the strong win against the Manchester big cats last weekend at OBR. 

Can you smell what the rock's cooking? Our boys in blue hope for another mark in the win tally as they head on over to Rosslyn Park this saturday and after another fine performance under our belts its going to be a humdinger! Get yourselves over if you can!

It wasn't just our 1st team having a stellar performance this weekend, some great play from our Titans saw them take an eight try W against Dorking 2's and most impressive this Sunday were our Colts side edging out Old Pats to progress to the next round of the National Colts cup!

Some strange rugby news fell this week as well with Louis Rees-Zammit announcing his rugby exit for the NFL IPP.

Happy New Year to all - it's great to be back for the first episode of 2024! Rugby Ramble is back and that means more importantly National One Rugby has returned!

This week we look towards the first fixture of the second half of the season with Sedgley Park coming to OBR. They will be looking to even the score after our strong performance up north. Watch this space as (depending on selection) we could have two 400+ capped men go up against one and other!
