Phil chats with Sheila Wherry, an executive coach and consultant based in Sydney. The two of them discuss leadership, resilience and Sheila's new book 'The Pinnacle of Presence'. Because it's 2020, and Sheila is in Sydney and Phil is in Brisbane, this is the first virtual recording of Random Conversations. This has meant, that in true 2020 fashion, there are a few very minor delays throughout the recording - but we bet you'll be so wrapped up in the brilliant discussion, that you almost won't notice!
