This will probably be my last regular episode since school is starting next week. So now my schedule is back to randomness!

Sorry this was late by a day. From what has been happening on the news these past few days, I needed to take time away. Once more, I pray for the people of Afghanistan.

Well, today is the 76th anniversary of VJ Day, so I thought singing a love song from WW2 Asia would be nice. I had a hard time hitting the low notes so it sounds weird at those parts. The reason the piano sounds so good is because I transposed the physical sheet music into musescore, then hit the play button. After this, my normal Thursday release schedule returns. BTW, if you were wondering, this song is from the neo-realist film Street Angels (马路天使), which is about a singer, a burglar, a prostitute (best girl), and a newspaper reader, displaced in the slums of Shanghai during the second Sino-Japanese War. Because of how well recieved it was during the war, it was often called the Chinese Casablanca. Title: 天涯歌女 Original Artist: 周旋
