Today’s list is all about secret foods you can order at your neighborhood Starbucks, McDonalds and a bunch of other places. FYI…you haven’t lived until you tried McD’s Surf & Turf Sandwich. FYI…I apologize about the FedEX truck, but that’s what I get for power walking mid-morning.

Today, I thought I'd do things a little different, with my 2 minute-ish recap of episode 7 of the Bachelorette with Katie. Truth be told, it’s closer to 3 minutes and change. But, if you don’t want to watch the entire 2 hour episode, consider this a pleasant second option. Oh, and the only thing I did forget to mention was Blake getting upset for telling Katie that he wasn’t in love with her, but working towards it. FYI…a bird did interrupt me while power walking, but that shouldn’t count against my recap time.

Hope you had a great weekend. Yep. It’s blue Monday and you’re not alone. There are concrete facts that prove Monday’s are not great (suck). That being said, there are a few bright spots. Here are the facts. Oh and FYI…if I seemed a bit out of sorts at the end it’s ‘cause I ran into a dog that didn’t look so friendly. Hey, those are the risks of neighborhood power walking. Yep. Back with another Xena themed podcast. This one is all about fan faction. I countdown the top fan fiction stories on the net. FYI...today was a scorcher to power walk in. 

Super hot power walking day. My fault for going in the afternoon. Anyhow, today's list I found on a great site called audiences.dstillery dotcom. It breaks downs all sorts of likes, interests and behaviors of different types of audiences. I researched True Crime podcast listeners and found a whole mess of cool stuff. 

Yes. I confess. I watch the Bachelor/Bachelorette series and like it. Today, I'm sharing very interesting secrets about the franchise. Oh and FYI...the last fact I misread. The Bachelorette has had more marriage success than the bachelor, not ratings success. 

Nothing like power walking on a muggy Monday. Today I talk about all the freebies on Penny Hoarder's annual list. Some are actually pretty decent. Some are meh. 

Power walking early. Nice and cool. Today's list is about all the discarded Atari 2600 games you might have deep in your closet. They could be worth a lot—especially if you have the original box. Oh, and the list comes from GameRant.
