I tried to cancel my office 365 subscription and kept getting frustrated because every link I clicked on didn't take me to a page where I could do the action that that link was describing but instead took me to instructions on how to do with that link was describing, instructions that first took me back to the page that I was already on and found that link on.

I had to set up an email address in g suite that when an email was sent to it multiple people received the email. This is done by setting up a group, and making sure that the access settings are correct.
