Last night Nick Sirianni yelled "How Bout The Eagles" after the Birds beat the Cowboys. McDougall was erect.

I don't understand why certain Philly coaches and players feel the need to pander. Nick Sirianni doesn't need to constantly kiss McDougall's ass. Bryce Harper doesn't need to blow the fans. Why do they do it? Is it something I'm missing? Is this a fatal flaw of mine?
