She has recently competed in professional level bodybuilding competition in Australia and became top 3 in the groups she competed in.

In this episode, we spoke about the passion and dedication required to compete in the top level of bodybuilding, and the challenges Iris experienced throughout the journey, and the importance of having support, coaching and mentoring every step of the way.

Leanne is set to make a difference in the world, supporting and nurturing the ‘Nurturers’ of our future generations. The families and mummas in the home environment and the educators on the front line in the early childhood industry. Sue Orrego

Ex-Construction Project Manager / Business Owner / Yoga Teacher / NLP Practitioner / Artist / Interior Styling / Colour Consultant / Bookkeeper

Sue is a true pioneer woman ahead of her times.  She was one of a handful of women in the construction industry in the 1990s.  She has a colourful life and played many different roles throughout her life, and also started a few businesses across various industries. 

She is an adventurist and also is incredibly resilient.  Her positivity is like fireworks.  She simply lights up the room wherever she goes.

I had so much fun doing this interview with Sue.  She still hasn't lost her construction touch when it comes to her directness that possesses in every construction person I know.

In this episode, we spoke about working in a male dominating industry, cracking the tough exterior of the macho male, transitioning in our career paths and honouring the guidance that we are given. 

Sue is so generous in giving her advice and there is no holding back when you are in a conversation with this lady.

Charmaine Spicer

This how Charmaine describes herself... 

Ever-changing, ever-evolving, powerhouse.  I am a lightworker, mentor, medium, full-time Guardian to a 17 my old niece, my current purpose work is as a Regional Manager for Employment Plus A Disability Employment services, Leading a team who Assist people to overcome their own personal and health barriers to match them with suitable long term employment opportunities. 

I'm a sister, daughter, friend and bushwalking enthusiast. My fluff ball was my only child till my niece joined us this year.  

I have lived in 45 houses, had 36 J.O.B's, and started 2 of my own businesses one was a Business providing in-home services, like household duties, life administration and child care to busy families who wanted to buy themselves some quality time doing more of what they loved.  I opened this business 6 yrs ago and operated it part-time for 2 yrs whilst maintaining a full-time job. 

I currently have my soul service passion work, Mediumship, intuitive readings, angel card readings and crystal readings, A Cup Of Charms.  I have been running "A Cup of Charms" concurrently now with my full-time work since February 2019.  

I fell in love with the idea of providing everyone access to our angels and guides, any time anywhere, and so now it's become my mission to share what comes through one heart at a time, whilst establishing that my passions and my purpose don't always have to be the same and or look the same or roll out in only one capacity, 

I believe my J.O.B serves my soul just as much if not more some days and vice versa as my passion work. Its all about people and sharing what i know, what I've been exposed to with others.

I’m Mariah Pelley-Smith, (Virgo sun/Leo moon/Aries rising) here to invite creative joy into your beautiful and worthy life. I’m located in K’jipuktuk/Halifax on the unceded and traditional territories of the Mi’kmaq people.  

I’m a multi passionate business person and have spent the past few years learning and reiterating my craft into the work that sustains me and my team.
