Emma is a woman of many talents.  She works with men & women to overcome imposter syndrome in the workplace, body confidence and general feelings of not-enoughness, by helping them with the inner game of believing in & being more themselves on their journey of becoming all they came here to be.  

Emma was once a high-achieving, corporate director earning a six-figure salary - who felt like a total fraud at risk of losing it all, despite her experience and long list of accolades. During her 20 years with a global Fortune 500 insurance company, she was always taking on the impossible and delivering against all odds, and against herself. When she manifested an attractive severance package at her job in 2017, she jumped at the chance for freedom.  

Although she never looked back, what Emma didn’t know was that escaping corporate wouldn’t cure her insecurity and imposter syndrome overnight.

Emma dove into ways to heal and grow, to learn to love the skin she is in, and find a more authentic level of confidence than what she’d known before. She hired her first business coach and got ready to launch her food freedom and body love coaching business. When she realised that what they really need is a mentor to help them remove the stubborn blocks to self-belief that she’d had, she pivoted to include this as core to her offerings.   

Once Emma started teaching her clients the tools, strategies and methods that had completely changed her own life, she began seeing them break through with dream job promotions or complete changes in career direction and feeling more seen, heard, and fulfilled than ever before. They finally feel like they know who they are, they love who they are and believe in themselves.  Through her signature R.E.A.L. process, Emma helps her clients liberate their inner courage and confidence, to rise into their unapologetic, fully-expressed selves at work and in their personal lives.

Jenine Dilts-Bayman is a business and alignment coach for women, specializing in energetic alignment and supporting others to live the life of their dreams! Her business philosophy is based on the pillars of movement, mindset and nourishment, having created successful online and offline businesses since 2012; Mums With Bubs Fitness; The Healthy Life Collective; The Mama Lifestyle Membership; and the AlignedMind business program.   

Prior to 2012, Jenine completed her Honors BA Sport Management (Brock University, 2004), travelled the world as a Personal Trainer, and landed in Western Australia in 2007 to begin working as the High Performance Manager for Equestrian Western Australia.

Jenna is the Founder & President of Sixx Cool Moms, a national social network for fun moms! Sixx Cool Moms is designed for fun moms with a great sense of humour and the desire to make lasting friendships. 

Jenna went to American University in Washington D.C. where she earned her degree in public policy with a focus on lobbying.  She enjoys scary movies, animals in sweaters, movie theatre popcorn, fancy chickens, making people laugh, little black dresses, the Talking Heads, and big hugs.  Jenna currently lives outside of D.C. with her husband and one-year old daughter Poppy, who inspires everything she does.

Sixx Cool Moms was created to build a tight-knit community of fun moms and moms-to-be in different communities across the country. Each location has regular meetups (currently small and socially distanced) so that members can meet other moms in the area, and exchange advice and/or stories over a glass (or glasses) of wine!  

This group is for women who love their children but also love having time away from said children to explore their own interests.  As we like to say, why drink alone while crying in your closet when you can drink while crying at a public location with new friends!

Caroline Au started her career in fashion design.  After planning her own wedding with her husband John Au, their friends started to ask this husband & wife team to create events for them.  

On 11th Nov 2016, JCAU Events was born.  4 years on JCAU has recently been recognised as the No. 1 wedding decorating & styling company in Melbourne.

I had such a blast speaking to Caroline today, and hearing the story of her business journey, learning to delegate and being supported by her team while being pregnant, as well as finding the courage to overcome every challenge in business from quitting her job, living in her mum's garage, to lessons learnt during COVID-19 and now starting a new venture in renovations.  Caroline's story is a true representation of following your passion, joy and trusting in the paths that we all have been guided to.
