Todd starts hour 3 with the Rants and a few calls reacting to the equity theme of the day with the Lamont veto talk. The rants have topics that range from recreational marjuana, to Biden and Putin, and of course the typical Jolly Ned complaints. Todd is then joined in the second half of the show by Representative Kimberly Fiorello who stepped away from the house discussion to give listeners a live update as they consider the recreational marjuana bill.
