The 7 dimensions of motivation:
Aesthetic - driven for balance, harmony, and form
Economic - financial gain
Individualistic - to stand out or be unique
Power - have influence
Altruistic - help others
Regulatory - establish order, routine and structure
Theoretical - gain knowledge, learning and understanding

Season 1 : Episode # 56 - Our conditionings & experienced reality
In this episode, we talk briefly about the difference between objective and subjective reality and which one we are really experiencing.
I believe we are in subjective reality and support this thought based on what I know. We have very deep conditionings nurtured through our society, our parents, social media and etc. to see life in a particular way this is also assisted by our reticular activating system (RAS) which brings things of importance to the forefront.
I encourage you to start to question and notice what you feel and if your reality is aligned with you or if you are conforming to deep conditionings that may not be aligned with you.

Episode # 55 - Ending comparison by unique acceptance
Have you ever compared yourself with someone else when you are feeling bad or sad? When we compare, we typically see what others have that we don't have which highlights then a lack within us.
Comparing yourself to others can be a vicious cycle and something we learned from our childhood as it's deep conditioning and even ingrained in our society.
To break this conditioning we first must see what is actually comparable. Someone else's life or experiences could not possibly be comparable to you or your unique experiences.
Listen to this episode to learn more about how to not compare with others.

Season 1 : Episode # 51 - Normalizing death & dying for healing & living with Ashley Johnson.
Ashley Johnson is an end-of-life doula and if you raised your eyebrows and wondered what that even is I was just as curious myself. This interview is really a beautiful normalization of a conversation that many find difficult but is necessary. We cover a range of things in this interview such as being present during a loved one's passing, acceptance, grieving, the reality of what happens and how an end-of-life doula supports and even heals, life awareness or awakenings with death and dying, and also the healing of the bedside confessions.
Ashley bio:
With more than a decade in the death care industry, Ashley Johnson launched Loyal Hands End-of-Life consulting agency which is NEDA proficient doulas assisting the dying and their families to feel more confident and connected during the end-of-life process. Loyal Hands provides a wide range of holistic services including emotional, physical, spiritual, mental, and practical support. Ashley is currently serving on the executive board of the National End of Life Doula Alliance. She holds an anthropology degree from the University of Florida, and is a trained End of Life Doula. Season 1 : Episode # 50 - Vibe higher with emotional intelligence
In this episode, we focus heavily on emotions and how they are simply energy or vibrations on a scale. We dissect their understanding of them in order to gain a deeper understanding of how to vibrate or shift higher on your emotional scale.
We all have a baseline of emotions that we are typically running within. It is within the awareness of that baseline or sense of awareness of how and what we feel that enhances our intelligence and control to change it.
We move through emotions not around or bypass them. It is through the feelings that we gain a new baseline or richness of emotional states that are more enjoyable or "vibrating higher". Sometimes those shifts are not to the over-focused upon positive emotions like "happiness, joy, or enthusiasm" but more of a softer or neutral emotion instead, and that is perfectly fine and right if it is for you.

Episode # 49 - The Power of Belief
In this episode, we briefly discuss the power of belief and how to begin to harness it and understand what it means to believe in something to create change.
Using the example of the placebo effect which is done in all clinical trials of pharmaceutical approaches is one demonstration of how strongly the belief can be.
I believe culturally we are just starting to recognize this as we learn more about who we are through various studies and research, particularly in epigenetics.
If you are further interested in this topic, I highly encourage watching some of Bruce Lipton's lectures on the power of belief and the mind and how it relates to our physiological structure or genetics.
