Rapture Radio

They followed the sounds, like true music geeks

Traveling the world, chasing DJ gigs

They started to dj, one of their dreams

Reaching out to the world, through music streams.

Rapture welcomes Canada based duo Ex Libris to Rapture Radio this week. The pair has been taking the live streaming world by storm with their versatile sounds that can make you bob your head in rhythm at any given point. Started admiring DJs in all forms,

Followed by his own parties, in basements and dorms.

Then started producing, and writing in dance music blogs.

Addicted to DJing, fighting mixing wars.

We welcome Willem, co-founder of Butt Disco Burning Man camp, to Rapture Radio this week. He grew up around hip-hop and vinyl, to be eventually inspired by cross-genre turntablism, frequenting music festivals with Cut Chemist, DJ Shadow, and some of the greats. Exploring Fruity Loops, Ableton, and writing for dance music blogs inspired him to DJ with his own funky, delicious style. This set takes us on a dark, lyrical, evolving journey. P.S. Ask Will about his Bassnectar tattoo :)

Moved by the emotional qualities of sound,

Helping people break ground,

Stimulating tunes that resound and inspire,

DJ JRynecki takes over Rapture Radio this week. Fueled by emotionally driven and uplifting sounds, he got into the scene in Chicago, inspired by his friends and love for music. Get ready for a deeper set this week with a dreamy organic arc, and get a taste of his airy and uplifting sound.

How much we miss, when we danced at I FEEL,

A magical journey, a never ending reel,

We welcome Carmel, and his warm melodies,

Ethereal backdrops, forever in our memories.

I FEEL co-founder Carmel takes over Rapture Radio this week. Having grown up in the eclectic underground scenes of Israel, he was exposed to the progressive house, techno and European electronics scene at a young age. This has led to him to infuse beats of soulful sounds and melodies, all while keeping that foot-shuffling beat. Get ready for this week’s set that feels like a deep and rejuvenating journey through a journey of his heart.
