Coming from the clan of politicians, lawyers, actors and doctors from Manila, Philippines, Hola Gray Padilla Brady has been a one force in the business industry at an early age. After graduating a double major in a business school, taking up marketing certificate courses at Harvard and university of Edinburgh, she became a partner of one of the Italian and premium restaurants and Art galleries in the metro.

Hadil Belkacem is from Tunisia, the only child of divorced parents, yet blessed they stayed friends.

For 24 years, dance has been her eternal passion. She danced for nearly 5 years, and it was the most fulfilling way to express her true self.

Despite her love for dance, she couldn't pursue it as a career due to life situations. Consequently, she studied artistic makeup, facing uncertainty about her true aspirations.

Sibah deals with Fibromyalgia everyday.

Fibromyalgia, is a chronic condition causing widespread pain and fatigue, amongst various other symptoms which often goes undetected in tests, since it isnt physiologically explainable and is caused by an overactive nervous system due to many factors.

The diagnosis took Sibah two years of struggles, navigating various clinics and hospitals till she found doctors who validated how she felt and provided the right course of treatment.

Managing daily life can get overwhelming, especially at a young age, but she is lucky enough to have a support system of friends and family who make it so much more better.

She shares this to encourage women facing similar struggles – you are not alone. You are enough. With the right support, a fulfilling life is possible. Don’t be afraid of getting help, create a supportive environment around you, even if it is challenging, and take things one step at a time.

You are not limited by your conditions, so don’t give up, keep going. Try not to take life too seriously despite and despite.

Alya Lapina was born in Russia. Zhukovsky - town of aviation. Had studied in aerospace school and then international relationship in Nuclear Energetics sphere in the National Research Nuclear University.

Right from the university, she started working in Cytec (now Solvay) - a big international chemical company in the department of Composites for Aircrafts.

Alya has been involved in work with several aerospace programs. In 2019, she started developing the wakesurf club with friends in parallel to work. In 2022, she left work and focused on wakesurfing only … when the hobby took over her life!

Alya is now one of the Top 10 wakesurfers of the world.

Her other hobbies: Alya likes making videos, drawing, snowboarding and any type of outdoor activities. She can’t really sit and be without movement that's why she is not missing the laptop work. And she enjoys the freedom she has now.

Alya like sdoing things - anything - cooking, building, designs, even sawing closes and making accessories. To keep her hands always busy.
