The Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade has gone Inception into what they think might be one of Lulu's memories. They've got gnolls, dretches and a nasty demon trying to destroy a town and kill it's citizens. They'll need all the superpowers, halfling luck, and dirty tricks they can muster.

The GPB found the sword of Zariel, but before they could grab it, an angelic spirit pointed at Lulu and her lost memories came flooding back.

The next thing they knew the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade found themselves whisked away to the  burning village of Idyllglen, where a church of Lathander is under siege by a demon, while gnolls and dretches attack the town.

Is it a dream? Is it a memory? Is it real? Can they die here? What happens if they do?

Long ago, the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade met a delightful hollyphant named Lulu. She was tending bar in Baldur's Gate, serving ale from her trunk.

But there was something special about her. She had a greater purpose than slinging booze. At one time, she was friends with an archangel named Zariel, but her memories of those times were gone.

Zariel had changed too, she was now the ruler of Avernus, and the city of Elturel was one of her first conquests. As the city and its people were being dragged into hell, the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade embarked on their quest to rescue it - and with Lulu in tow, they hoped she would remember her past and help them save the city, and redeem Zariel.

Through numerous battles, and the tragic death of one of their own, the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade and Lulu survived. And they have now made their way into the Bleeding Citadel...

The lads have fought through hell to get to the Bleeding Citadel, the last known location of the legendary Sword of Zariel. If they are to succeed in saving Elturel and redeeming Zariel, they're gonna have to get that sword.

Unfortunately, they've got some competition.

The Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade has finally arrived at the Bleeding Citadel, the rumored location of Zariel's sword. And wouldn't ya know it, the place is covered by a giant scab.

Our next Rated RPG Livestream is scheduled for Friday, November 4th, 2022.

In this episode, two adventures are taking place simultaneously.

In the secondary adventure, Brad and Deon battle audio issues. Deon rolls a natural 20, but Brad isn't so fortunate... Will Brad survive?!

This episode picks up mid-battle aboard a crashed airship. The party has been fighting some demons (vrocks), but they've taken some hard hits and things are looking dicey for the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade. If they all make it out of this skirmish alive, there are difficult decisions ahead.

In this episode, the Gorgeous Phoenix Brigade tangles with some demonic Vrocks while trying to find the nine adamantine rods sought by the former ruler of Avernus, Bel. The energy is chaotic, the editing prolific, and the vibes are peak GPB.
