Today's stories, both from 2012, feature my Fairy Tale Folk again. These are characters from Grimm's Fairy Tales, brought back to life. The prompt for the first was to write a story where the protagonist has a chance to change a single choice, and its result. For the second, we had to write something way out there, over the top with pulp fiction weirdness.

The character is inspired by a stuffed toy that Milne had bought for his son Christopher Robin in Harrods department store, and a bear they had viewed at London Zoo. The stories are set in Hundred Acre Wood, which was inspired by Five Hundred Acre Wood in Ashdown Forest in East Sussex—situated 30 miles (48 km) south of London—where the Londoner Milne's country home was located.
