It might seem like a radical idea to some, that suffering is optional. There will always be struggles or challenges, pain or grief, but the suffering we place upon it, is ultimately our choice. When we refocus our perspective on choice, that we can make the conscious choice on how we wish to either react or respond to our experience, we become empowered.
In this episode, I talk about how the struggle is real, but the suffering is optional. How we cultivate self-worth, self-confidence and the courage to do brave and bold things. And lastly, the key to bringing all these things together.

The Fire Horse is not just inviting us, but encouraging us to be who we uniquely are. Our unbridled, free, wild spirt and soul.
There is a lot of unlearning. So much conditioning to scrape away. But underneath it all, already lies our free self because our soul doesn't just want to feel free, it IS free.
This time, is a time of liberation. Of coming into our true, full and big Selves. No censoring. No inhibiting. No editing. The question is, are you brave enough to be you?

Self-confidence isn't something you wear on the outside, it's something you feel on the inside. It doesn't require "improving," as if we were an ongoing project to fix and make better. It requires something much simpler, much kinder...

Sometimes we lose ourselves to others. Sometimes it's minor, our energy stepping outside of ourselves into the other, wondering what they think about us, do they approve, do we belong...At its worst however, we can fully abandon ourselves, over-compromise and wonder, down the line, where and when we lost ourselves in the process.
In this episode I offer some thoughts, tools and a bit of awareness around how we can stay grounded, centered and at home in ourselves with others--most especially when dating and in relationship.

As things get faster, slow down. As things get louder, get more quiet. As things become more chaotic, find more stillness within yourself. We're being shown the contrast so that we can not only find peace but embody it.
In this episode I talk more about how to implement the skill of being with our humanity. Of getting to know ourselves more profoundly so that we cultivate and refine our level of self-awareness. And through that self-awareness, that ability to gently, compassionately and kindly observe and witness ourselves, we create more peace and flow within ourselves.
Flow doesn't always mean it's easy, but it means we are out of resistance, out of reaction and in true presence, instead.
We follow many streams in this episode.

We call it inner-work, self-development, the process, self-improvement, but really all these things are, are taking the time to go in and get to know yourself. But it's not just about getting to know yourself, and all parts of yourself. It's about fully and unconditionally learning and experiencing how to truly accept, love, forgive, embrace ALL parts of you. Your entire humanity; the good the bad and the ugly (so to speak).
In times of distraction and chaos, in a society that will constantly tell you you're not good enough as you are, the reminder to turn towards yourself and face yourself with love, is probably one of the most powerful acts you, we, can do. For ourselves. For others. For the world.
In this episode, I speak to the benefits, the experience and the outcome of turning inwards and facing ourselves with truth, love, authenticity and compassion.

We're coming to the end of the completion year and the year of the snake. We've done the purge, the letting go and the shedding. A new year begins not just on the calendar but we enter the year of the Fire Horse and a year 1: new beginnings.
We're still slightly in the no man's land, traversing the in between. It's a time to once and for all put down the baggage you've been carrying because this next flight doesn't require luggage. Instead, what it requires is the full acceptance of who you are. That you fall in love and embrace your entire humanity. That you remember that you are innately and inherently worthy and that anything other than that, is false. It's an illusion.
The illusion is crumbling and your liberation awaits you. It's soon the year of the horse. The year to gallop towards your joy!

We're moving into a new paradigm where sharing our humanity through the vulnerability of our heart will reach more of us than teaching and preaching to one another. I get the irony that I'm here sharing all of this, but I stand in the circle with you.
We don't need garnishing of pretty, spiritual words, we need humanity, we need connection, we need love and care and compassion.
In this episode I talk about the three things we need more than any teaching. Three things that connect us and make us feel less alone. Three things that drop us into our humanity and in turn, our divinity.

We're in the space in between the crumbling and the creation. The liminal space, the quantum field before the quantum jump. Our patience is being tested. Our ability to BE, is being tested. We're in the final purge, as this year of completion comes to an end; letting go of the baggage of our collective and personal past.
December holds a lot under the surface. Challenge and suffering and the identities within them is being called up for review. How will we choose to respond? What will we envision on the other side of this passageway?

These times can feel scary for some. It's as if the house you've been living in for decades, has all of a sudden burned to the ground and you're left wondering who you are, where you belong and how you'll continue living. But what the house represents is a small version of yourself. A limited reality you were told to stay within the confines of. The crumbling is necessary in order to recognise that you were never that small to begin with. You are vaster than you think. More powerful than you know. Bigger than you could imagine.
We're crossing 'no man's land' as we let an old world die and a new one form. But the new will only form when we redefine who we are, which can no longer be defined by fear, but by the true essence that you are and have always been.
