Have you experienced your powerful self lost, which inspite of all the work really doesn't want to come out? For a long time in my life I always felt powerful and knew the right thing to do, but until this time I understood a very big error I was making for a long time which got me here.

Yes change is the new normal. But are we equipped to deal with this change at a pace which humans have never experienced before? This one habit is definitely going to be a strong support in these times.

That ME time during my travel to workplace before lockdown meant so much to me, which I probably am unable to figure out during this lockdown phase. We all have that time where we are with ourselves and at ease. Its so important to ensure you don't steal away that time from yourself.

An incident which changed my perception about winning.

Figure out a very fundamental question which we are required to ask ourselves on regular basis.....

One of the challenge which has been since the advent of digital age is the parent child relationship.These challenges have increased to an unimaginable level but still everyone chooses to shelter, avoid and not talk about it.

As we all know relationships play a fundamental role in our mental health space and these challenges have just increased the doubts questions and restlessness within both parents and children.At Holistree, we now choose to talk,discuss spread knowledge and awareness.Lets work to preserve this most important and beautiful relationship together.

The world is facing crises and it needs a sensitive touch. Nature has created a beautiful species and it’s time they take lead for healthy and better future. It’s time more and more women are in powerful decision making space whether it’s starting business or corporates or political space.
