that helped me with this. I did a combianation of surgery and holistic healing to get to no evidense of disease. Now I am helping spread awareness to other women so that they too can learn about lifestyle choices that can help lower their risk. Prevention isn't being talked about enough and I want to help women understand that they have more control than they think.
This podcast is going to be as real as it comes, unscripted, unedited.....just real and raw. Sharing all the good, the bad, the hard, the scary, the amazing, and the real things that I have been through and learned after beating breast cancer. I share it all here on my podcast!
