Vince McMahon blackmails Kane by getting a photo of the Big Red Machine unmasked. McMahon uses this to book a main event match where Kane must destroy The Rock.

Nitro features a heel Bill Goldberg taking on Kevin Nash in the main event. Ric Flair takes on Vince Russo and David Flair, the loser of the match must retire for good.
