Get to know @aaqil_ali_el   Aaqil Ali, is a Poetic artist from Mount Vernon NY, locally referred to as "The Ville", Mount Vernon is a historical breeding ground of talented artist , actors and professional athletes. Aaqils melodic but gritty flow stems from his 90’s crack era upbringing. Writing music as early as 11 years old, during such a pivotal time in hip-hop, you can easily hear how ‪Method Man‬, ‪Rakim‬ , Nas and Talib -Kweli have influenced Aaqils style  of rap.
