Pastor Ray Bentley with insights from Revelation seven. It's like an action-packed movie. You know, you're watching. You're seeing all of this from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. You've seen war, death, famine, and plagues. Now this little interlude. And the angel cries out, Dof not harm the earth or the sea or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.
We know the Lord could come back at any time. Pastor Ray Bentley says we need to be ready now. Right now. I think that we have already been experiencing some tremendous winds of change economically, politically, wars, and rumors of wars. And so the word the Lord gave me for this year is the word prepare. I want to be ready to go and to be with him.
We've had some pretty, rockin earthquakes in the last decade. Would you agree? And from what the Bible says, they're not going away. Pastor Ray Bentley talks about the signs of the Lord's return. The first sign is this massive earthquake as a sign of the second coming of the Messiah. This is God dismantling the old order of doing things in preparation for the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Ray Bentley comments on the delicate state of the world economy. There's going to be more economic crisis. This is what the Bible, prophets said would happen in the last days, and that the economic turmoil that will continue to ripple will bring people to the streets, and it will bring the world leaders together to say, we need a new way.
Pastor Ray Bentley points out the real dynamic of the judgment to come during the last days. The presence of God is restraining, holding evil back from its full, disgusting intent. So when we come down and it says, oh, God's going to, you know, here's this judgment. You know what the judgment is. All he does is he lets loose, he lets go and says, okay, who starts the wars?
Pastor Ray Bentley explains how Jesus was treated 2000 years ago and will be treated as the Last Days plan unfolds. What did Jesus receive when he came? He received beatings. He received a beard pulled from his cheeks. He received a crown of thorns on his head. And he was the creator of all things. Now he will receive power, which he is.
Pastor Ray Bentley reveals a portion of Revelation where John, the earthly author, was tearful. John's tears represent the tears of all God's people throughout all the centuries. No wonder John wept so fervently. If no Redeemer could be found to remove the curse, it meant that God's creation was forever consigned to remain in the hands of Satan. But then all of a sudden, everything changed.
Today, pastor Ray Bentley looks to revelation for the Lord's plan of redemption. The Book of Revelation has comforted the church that there is a plan. There is an unfolding of the divine will of the father in heaven. And the central theme is the sun. And it's going to a conclusion. And the conclusion is that the very title deed of the earth that was lost and forfeited is to be reclaimed spread.
Pastor Ray Bentley offers a glimpse of angels, and it may be different than we think. You know, you have those little novelty shops and you go in and they have these chubby little babies that they call cherubs with little miniature wings and dimples, and they're really cute. Okay. That's fine. That's cool. But that's not what real cherubim look like.
Pastor Ray Bentley on life, death, and the future. And our guardian angels. We have hope that this mortality, when I die, shall put on immortality. And that's what gives us hope. And so if we should die as a believer here upon the earth, the last responsibility of your guardian angel is to, I believe, carry your soul into the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven.
