It was Ladies’ Day on the show (Nat included), and Ray was joined by comedians Ria Lina and Massive Dad, and Kellie Maloney joined him to speak about her new autobiography ‘Frankly Kellie’. He also caught up with assistant producer Adam who couldn’t be bothered to come in as he had just got back from Glastonbury. He didn’t sound like he’d fully recovered. And Barry Dodds joined in again, and had to answer to Nat’s questions about the horror film she’d been asked to watch as ‘show research’. She was unimpressed.

This week Dick and Dom spoke to Ray about their forthcoming BST gig in Hyde Park, and how they don’t feel comfortable swearing in public. Midge Ure popped into the studio to talk about his 80’s invasion tour with Big County and Nick Heyward, and Ray revealed an exclusive story that Annabel Giles told him about when her and Midge were at Disneyland, and Minnie from Minnie’s Henhouse came into the studio and sang a couple of songs. Plus Ray and Nat got to the bottom of why Adam had been sulking for the whole show.

This week Ray was joined in the studio by Phil Nichol who talked about his many Edinburgh shows and showcased his wide range of accents. Alex Edelman popped in to discuss his new Edinburgh show, and how he’s already feeling homesick for his native New York, while Bethany Black, star of Channel 4’s recent hit shows ‘Cucumber’ and ‘Banana’, spoke to Ray about her experiences on the show, and how she is ‘Britain’s only goth, lesbian, transsexual comedian’.

Ray was joined in the studio this week by the actor James Lance. Nat asked him if he’s interested in Vikings (she’s obsessed with Vikings), and he revealed he has written a film about them, and hinted that there could be a part for Ray. He also talked to Adam about his first date with Stephen Bailey, and they also discussed sex change operations and wondered where Barry Dodds was.

This week Ray chatted to Nick Helm, and Stephen Bailey popped in so Ray could find out how his date with Adam went. Nat was ill but dragged herself into the studio to join in the nonsense. Which after Ray’s incredibly accurate medical assessment of her she definitely didn’t regret.

Get ready for some real nonsense this week as Ray speaks to Martin Hancock, Spider off of Coronation Street, after Nat got drunk and invited him onto the show (typical Nat). Johan Hegg, the singer of Viking death metal band Amon Amarth, also rings up for a chat.

Ray speaks to the star of The Beat Beneath My Feet Nicholas Galitzine and political campaigner and sex worker Charlotte Rose. He also gives his own special goodbye to producer Sam, and does some conflict resolution with forklift driver Gary, his boss Douglas and rhino the goldfish.

On this weeks Some Nonsense Ray speaks to Helen Lederer about her new book ‘Losing It’, Adam Hess pops into the studio and discusses why he’d like to be a spooky comedian, and in a Bump N’ Grindr special he uses his best matchmaking skills with comedian Stephen Bailey and assistant producer Adam. He also finds time to address Nat’s revelation that she apparently has a cheeky cervix.

Ray is back for some nonsense, and this week is joined in the studio by comedians Ed Byrne and Angela Barnes. There is also a special appearance from sex chat extraordinaire, the wonderful Jenny Ainslie-Turner. It gets a bit saucy!

Ray is in great form as he receives a very special gift from illustrator Roger Langridge that momentarily leaves him lost for words. Tom Stade also rings up for a chat, and Ray gets his hands on Nat’s phone and sends a tweet that she’s really not happy about. They have a bit of a do, so Adam comes in for some conflict resolution and they’re all friends again by the end of the show.
