The struggle is real. Millions of Americans deal with anxiety. In fact, since the pandemic the statistics revealed that more people struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression now more than ever. How can we deal with this as a disciple of Christ? We need to change our focus. In this podcast we will discuss eight things that can help us get focused in the right direction.

Why do we have fear and anxiety? Most of us have phobias, some more severe than others, but they still exist. How can fear be harmful for our relationships? What can God do to help us conquer our fears? It’s time to let faith be the default when the struggle is real.

We have an amazing God! Our God makes promises that are always kept. As we reflect on the covenants that God, that He has made with His people in the past, we can’t help but see that God took those promises seriously. God has made a specific covenant with us. He makes promises with us like He did with Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the Israelites. He makes promises that will give us hope.

If you’ve read the Bible then you should know that God is a God of second chances! The Scriptures are full of stories about redemption, restoration, and atonement. What does that mean for you and me?

It’s something that we all want. It’s something we need. Hope. What can you do to get it? How do you keep it? In this podcast we’re gonna focus on what it means to have a biblical hope.

The best gifts come from the greatest giver. God is the greatest giver and he gives the greatest gifts. In this podcast we’re gonna talk about the difference between happiness (temporary) and joy (eternal). As the children of God we are to be like our Father. What moves you? How do you give, share and live?

There are times we struggle with being thankful. This may be one of the most difficult Thanksgivings on record. Most of us are complaining and grumbling about what happened this year. Maybe we need to change our perspective. Just because things aren’t going the way we want doesn’t mean God is not good or deserving of praise. Let’s make Thanksgiving a spiritual holiday will never forget.
