It came well before any of us expected, but a new era of Rays baseball is officially here as MLB's No. 1 prospect for the past two seasons, Wander Franco, was officially called up to the big league club on Sunday.

Franco should be making his MLB debut in the series opener against the Boston Red Sox in one of the most highly-anticipated debuts of any player since the new millennium.
