Bring to mind all the things that you are grateful for.
These could be people, situations, animal, environments, conversations, experiences or things.
We can be quick to focus on what we feel is missing from our life, but for today, notice all of the good, the joyous, the fun, the supportive, the kind, the loving, the compassionate actions that are shared in your life.
