Today's episode is very special, because I caught up with Brian and Rachel from Nobó, an Irish food company creating delicious treats such as dairy-free ice cream and chocolate, with as little as 5 ingredients.
The couple started the business in 2012 and have since grown Nobó into an international brand, with even bigger future ambitions!
Rachel and Brian talk to me about what it was like to leave their secure jobs in New York to come back home to Ireland and sell ice-cream at farmers markets.
We chat about the ups, the downs, and the many challenges they’ve encountered along their journey.
