Since launching Cultural Fabric in 2016, Melissa has developed frameworks to integrate mindfulness, racial healing, mental wellness, embodiment, and leadership development. Combining these areas of expertise, in 2018 Melissa designed and launched the signature program, Healing Arts Institute, a Mindful Facilitation Certificate Program for Embodied Leadership & Social Transformation. On the leading edge, the program supports people to elevate their internal consciousness and embody their values to transform social environments.
