The Horizon League released it's men and women's basketball conference schedules this week and due to the pandemic, the scheduling model is unlike anything we have seen before. Julie Roe Lach took us behind the curtain to what went into the scheduling process for this years COVID stricken season. Mrs. Lach also discussed her new role as league Commissioner beginning on January 1st, 2021.

Wright State Athletic Director Bob Grant is this weeks guest on Reach The Horizon - Bob Grant shared the waiver process to remain Division I following the cut of three sports programs back in June, putting the Raiders below the D1 requirement. Grant also shared some of the happenings behind the scenes with their fall sports teams as they try to stay ready for a potential Spring season. Bob Grant also weighs in on what he thinks the basketball season will look like + shares what challenges wait ahead if every sport is in session during the winter and spring season .... A problem that he says is a good problem to have.

Following the recent announcement that the Horizon League has postponed Fall competition, Commissioner Jon LeCrone joins Reach The Horizon to give more insight as to what went into that decision.
