On the 3rd of June 2021, the first episode of Reaching Out was released. A year later, and the 40th episode is released.
What a journey it has been. So much has happened in the space of 365 days, 8760 hours, 525600 minutes, 31536000 seconds, and I am in awe.
So many great memories and lessons learnt. So much growth and change has taken place.
It is only going to get better from here.
The one thing which I have been reflecting on the past few days whilst reflecting on the past year is that something that you may be worrying about or going through currently, how relevant or large will it be in a years time. Just a thought to ponder on.

So you’re in your process. It’s a great day today, tomorrow not so great. So what do you do when this happens?
Ask yourself these questions:
1. How do you deal with a tough situation?
2. Do you deal with it in an effective manner?
