Psalm 62:5 says, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.” When God is not the only source of your expectation, you will end up in frustration. God wants you to totally trust in Him! In John 15:16 (MEV) Jesus says, “You did not choose Me, but I chose you, and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that the Father may give you whatever you ask Him in My name.” God chose you! Not only did He choose you, but He appointed you to be fruitful.
