Mr. Moed gives us Israel's official point of view on Prime Minister Mark Carney announcing that he'll recognize a Palestinian state in September, should certain conditions be met including the Palestinian Authorities' Mahmoud Abbas calling an election in 2026 without Hamas being part of that. Just how realistic is that? Also, this is a major change in Canada's approach to Israel. How did we get here?
